Exercise 1: Catch or Pull Exercise
Level 1:
-
In pairs, both parties take out their left hands so the palm of the hands are facing one another.

With your right hand, play paper-scissors-stone
-
If you win, you try to catch the partner’s hand, and if you lose you pull away.
Level 2:
-
Decide who is Cat and who is Cap
-
If you are called (cat or cap) by the facilitator, then catch and the other person will pull.
Exercise 2: Catch or Pull Exercise
Level 1:

Play scissors-paper-stone

If you win, you say “I win”, and if you lose you say “You win”
Level 2:

Play scissors-paper-stone

If it is a tie, you give each other Hi5 (High Five)
Level 3:

Play scissors-paper-stone using both hands (right & left)
Exercise 3: Ring and Pen Exercise
How to play:

Make a ring with your left hand.

Make a pen with your right hand.

When the coach says “catch”
